777a Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Player Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 777a platform at 777a.world, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 777a. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 777a, including but not limited to: jackpot slots, PSL and sports betting, esports betting, Ludo games, the VIP Club, the Refer a Friend programme and all deposit, withdrawal and bonus-related functions.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a 777a account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 777a account. One account per person is strictly enforced.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777a or any third-party responsible gaming service to which 777a is a subscriber.

777a reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Registration using false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms. 777a will permanently close accounts found to have been registered fraudulently and will forfeit any balance held in those accounts.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777a login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All transactions carried out using your account credentials — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — are assumed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise to 777a support prior to the transaction occurring.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 777a customer support immediately via live chat. 777a will suspend the account pending investigation. We cannot accept liability for losses incurred due to unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4 Deposits and Payments

777a accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is Rs 200. 777a does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. 777a does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your verified identity, it may be reversed and the associated 777a account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your 777a balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical failure or delay at the payment provider's end, credits may take up to one business day to appear. If a deposit has not appeared after 24 hours, contact 777a support with your payment reference number.

• Deposit limits may be set voluntarily by players through the responsible gaming tools in account settings.
• 777a reserves the right to impose deposit limits on accounts at its discretion for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or credits obtained fraudulently will be voided and the associated account reviewed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified 777a account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. 777a does not charge withdrawal fees, though mobile wallet or bank charges from the recipient provider may apply.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed full CNIC verification. Accounts that have received a bonus must have fully met the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal timelines at 777a are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: Within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts, subject to mobile wallet provider availability.
• NayaPay and SadaPay: Within 30 minutes for amounts under Rs 1,00,000.
• Bank IBFT: Within 1–4 business hours. Timing depends on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Large withdrawals (above Rs 5,00,000): Subject to additional manual verification and may take up to 24 hours.

777a reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if a player's account is under investigation for any breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

777a offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, accumulator boosts, cashback offers and VIP Club rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time each promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The standard 777a bonus terms are as follows:

• Welcome Deposit Bonus: 100% match on the first deposit up to Rs 5,000. Subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before withdrawal. Eligible on all jackpot and video slot games. Must be used within 30 days of issue.
• Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are credited as real money and subject to a 5x wagering requirement. Wagering applies to the first Rs 1,000 won only; amounts above this threshold are credited directly.
• Cashback: VIP cashback is credited as withdrawable real money with no wagering requirement unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms.
• Accumulator Boost: The 15% odds boost on 3-team and above PSL accumulators is applied to the displayed odds at the time of placement. The boosted amount is subject to standard maximum payout limits.

Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per verified CNIC number, per household, per device and per IP address. 777a monitors for abuse of promotional offers and reserves the right to void bonus credit and associated winnings from any account found to be exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.

Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly. It must first be converted to real money through qualifying wagers. The real money balance and the bonus balance are tracked separately in your account. Qualifying wagers are placed from the real money balance first unless otherwise specified.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 777a — including PSL betting, esports betting and any other sports markets — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific market rules displayed within each product area.

• The minimum stake on any sports or esports bet is Rs 100.
• Maximum single-bet payout on PSL match winner markets is Rs 5,00,000. Accumulator maximum payout is Rs 10,00,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP Platinum and Diamond members on request.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. 777a is not responsible for bets placed based on incorrectly displayed odds resulting from a technical error — such bets may be voided and the stake returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 777a reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Pre-match bets cannot be cancelled once the toss has taken place for cricket matches or once the pre-match suspension period has been applied for other sports.
• If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, all match outcome bets are voided and stakes returned. Player prop bets may be settled differently depending on the number of overs or rounds completed.
• Super Over results are included in all match outcome markets for PSL fixtures.

In the event of a dispute over the settlement of any bet, the decision of the 777a trading team is final. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of bet settlement through the customer support channel. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted.

8 Jackpot Slots and Games

All slot and casino games offered on 777a use a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by 777a, game providers or players. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-run theoretical averages and individual session results will vary.

The following rules apply to jackpot slot games specifically:

• Progressive jackpot eligibility requires a qualifying minimum spin contribution as stated in the relevant game's rules screen. This is clearly marked before play begins.
• 777a's Mega Jackpot is a must-drop jackpot with a guaranteed maximum threshold, displayed within the game lobby. The jackpot resets to its stated seed value immediately after being won.
• Jackpot wins are subject to verification before being credited. 777a reserves the right to delay payment pending verification without affecting the validity of the win.
• The Buy Bonus feature, where available, does not affect the RNG or alter the probability of any outcome relative to natural base game play.
• Game history and session data are recorded and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute. The recorded data held by 777a is considered the authoritative record of all game outcomes.

9 Fair Play Policy

777a is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without direct human input.
• Exploitation of software bugs, display errors or pricing errors — whether in games, betting markets or bonus calculations.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or extract value from bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion or account restrictions.
• Any form of chargeback fraud, including reversing deposits after placing bets and then disputing the charge with your payment provider.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's CNIC or payment details.

777a employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns of unfair play. Players suspected of violating the fair play policy will have their accounts placed under review. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. Players found to have violated these rules will have their accounts permanently closed with no right of appeal.

10 Responsible Gaming

777a takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gaming is entertainment and must remain within boundaries that do not harm players or those around them. The following tools are available to all 777a players at no cost and without penalty:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set a timer that sends an on-screen reminder after a specified duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no exceptions are made.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from 777a. Self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect immediately. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after the exclusion is applied.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

Players may close their 777a account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

777a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player's account activity triggers risk management or anti-fraud systems.
• A player fails to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against a deposit made to 777a.
• The platform is required to close the account for regulatory or legal compliance reasons.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 777a reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full. 777a will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of account closure for breach of these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

777a provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability and accurate game and odds data, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or entirely free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777a's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

777a is not liable for:

• Losses caused by platform downtime, technical failures or third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to follow these Terms and Conditions.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics or match data that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.

13 Privacy and Data

777a collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering a 777a account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 777a is used solely for account management, payment processing, identity verification, responsible gaming purposes, fraud prevention and the improvement of platform services. 777a does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies as required by law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

777a reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777a will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification displayed upon login.

The date of the most recent revision will be clearly displayed at the top of the Terms and Conditions page. Continued use of the 777a platform after a change notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term — may be made without individual player notification.

15 General and Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777a regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 777a's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any subsequent breach.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any dispute or interpretation question.
